Properties1
descriptionPleated drape with fibulae in four joining fragments. Three preserved representations of Phrygian fibulae show that the ridges and grooves represent a pleated garment or drape. The rounded profile of the piece is very probably a left breast with the fibulae gathering material as it falls over one side, in which case the composition would have centred on a life-sized female in human form.
